The Call Toolbar is the launching point for most Updates, changes, or actions you would expect to perform against
a Call. Depending on how your system is configured you may not see the
icons below. To access the Call Toolbar, right-click on a Call within the
Calls Panel to view the Call context menu.
Call Toolbar
The actions available are:
- View the call
- Update the call
- Reassign the call
- Manage the Call Watchers
- View a printer friendly version of the call details
- If this symbol is visible then the Call is currently in use, and therefore is Locked by another User. By floating your mouse pointer over the
symbol it will indicate (in brackets) who has Locked the Call.
- If this symbol is visible then there are Tasks associated with this Call. By floating your mouse pointer over the
symbol it will indicate (in brackets) the number of associated Tasks.
- If this symbol is visible then there are Links (Child or Parent Calls) associated with this Call. By floating your mouse cursor over the
symbol it will indicate (in brackets) the number of associated Links.
- If this symbol is visible then there are Attachments associated with the Call.
