Print Call Details
To view a printer friendly summary of the details, comments and correspondence history of a Call :
- Through Queue and Skill Group selection gain a view
of the Call you wish to view.
- In the Call Tools window click on the Printer Friendly
button.
- Select the Show Comments
checkbox if you want to show the Call comments.
- Select the Show Correspondance History checkbox if you want to show the Call
correspondence history.
- Click Refresh to update
the printer friendly view
- From the File menu select Print to print the Call summary or simply select
the Print button.
