Assigning a Watcher to a Call
To assign a Watcher to a Call :
- Through Queue Navigation Bar and Call Filtering Bar select a view showing the Call you wish to add a Watcher
to.
- In the Calls Toolbar click on the Watchers
button.
- Enter the email address
of the User (or non-user) you wish to set as a Watcher of this Call.
- Click Add.
- Click Close.
