Assigning a Watcher to a Call

To assign a Watcher to a Call :

  1. Through Queue Navigation Bar and Call Filtering Bar select a view showing the Call you wish to add a Watcher to.
  2. In the Calls Toolbar click on the Watchers button.
  3. Enter the email address of the User (or non-user) you wish to set as a Watcher of this Call.
  4. Click Add.
  5. Click Close.
