Deleting a Case Template:

To Delete an existing Case Template:

  1. Select the Administrator Menu.
  2. Select the Templates & Scheduling menu item and click Manage Case Templates. This will open the System Templates screen
  3. Via the Alphabetical Tabs select the Case Template you wish to Delete.
  4. Select the Remove button.
  5. Press the OK button when the "Are you sure you wish to permanently delete the template, ..." window appears to permanently Remove the Template from the system.
