Deleting a Case Template:
To Delete an existing Case Template:
- Select the Administrator Menu.
- Select the Templates & Scheduling menu item and click Manage Case Templates. This will open the System Templates screen
- Via the Alphabetical Tabs select the Case Template you wish to Delete.
- Select the Remove button.
- Press the OK button when the "Are you sure you wish to permanently delete the template, ..." window appears to permanently Remove the Template from the system.
