Case Templates - Setting against Key (Qualifier) Sets
The Administrator may set up a Case Template such that it pre-populates a Case when a particular selection of Team/Functional Area and Qualifiers is made.
To set up a Case Templates against a particular Qualifier selection:
- Select the Administrator Menu.
- Select the Manage System Teams Menu Item. This will open the System Teams screen.
- Select the Team you wish to Assign a Case Template to.
- Select the Key (Qualifier) Sets Button. This will open the Key (Qualifier) Sets screen.
- Select the Primary Qualifier, Secondary Qualifier and Tertiary Qualifier you wish to Assign a Template to
- Select the Case Template you wish to Assign to the above Qualifier combination.
- Press the Add to Add this Case Template to the list of pre-populated Key (Qualifier) Set templates.
