Adding a New Call Template
The Administrator may add New Call Templates to the system by :
- Select the Administrator Menu.
- Select the Manage Call Templates Menu Item. This will open the System Templates screen.
- Select the Add Button. This will open the Call Template Properties screen.
- Enter a Name for the Call
Template
- Enter an Subject.
- Select the Call Type you wish
the Template to return.
- Select the User the call was Received By (if known).
- Enter the Details.
- Enter the Notes.
- Select a Queue.
- Select the Skill Group.
- Select the Priority.
- Select the Primary Key.
- Select the Secondary Key.
- Select the Tertiary Key.
- Press the OK button to Save this Call Template.
Sample text for the Details field may be as follows, in the case where versaSRS is being used by a HR department in hiring processes

[DATE] Received Pre Hire Form
[DATE] Received Position Description
[DATE] Request to draft advertising
[DATE] Position advertised internally
[DATE] Position advertised externally
[DATE] Acknowledged applicants
[DATE] Forwarded applicants to [NAME]
[DATE] Sent letters/emails of regret
[DATE] Advised to organise interviews for [NAME]
[DATE] Draft letter of offer put together and sent to [NAME]
[DATE] Organised Induction
This would result in the Details field being populated with the following text, where the Red font indicates the versaSRS User is expected to complete these fields:

[DATE] Received Position Description
[DATE] Request to draft advertising
[DATE] Position advertised internally
[DATE] Position advertised externally
[DATE] Acknowledged applicants
[DATE] Forwarded applicants to [NAME]
