Call Templates - Setting against Key Sets

The Administrator may set up a Call Template such that it pre-populates a Call when a particular selection of Queue/Skill Group and Key's is made.

To set up a Call Templates against a particular Key selection :

  1. Select the Administrator Menu.
  2. Select the Manage System Queues Menu Item.  This will open the System Queues screen.
  3. Select the Queue you wish to Assign a Call Template to
  4. Select the Key Sets ButtonThis will open the Key Sets screen.
  5. Select the Primary Key, Seconday Key and Tertiary Key you wish to Assign a Template to
  6. Select the Call Template you wish to Assign to the above Key combination
  7. Press the Add button to Add this Call Template to the list of pre-populated Key Set templates
