Closing a Case Upon Logging

Often a User may be able to resolve a Case immediately.

To close a Case at the same time as logging the Case:

  1. Click on the
  2. Complete the Case details as you would normally
  3. In the Solution tab on the Case, for the Initial Solution select Resolved
  4. Select Send closed confirmation email to primary requestor on log according to your requirements
