Reassigning a Task
To reassign an existing Task :
- Through Queue and Skill Group selection gain a view
of the Call associated with the Task you wish to reassign.
- Right-click on the Call and select
Details or simply double-click on the Call.
- Select the Tasks Tab.
- Double click on the Task you wish to reassign.
- Select the Assigned To
Tab.
- Via your Contacts or manual entry, enter a new person to Assign the Task to.
- Select the Details Tab.
- Select the Send / Re-send task notification checkbox if you wish to advise the new person via email of the Task assignment.
- Click OK.
