Adding Comments to a Task
Often a User may wish to simply add some comments to a given Task. Maybe some progress has been made on the Task that they wish to record, or the Task has been resolved and some comments are required by way of explanation. There are three areas where these types of comments can be added, Details, Notes, and Resolution
. To add comments to an existing Task:
- Through Queue Navigation Bar and Call Filtering Bar select a view showing the Call containing the Task
that you wish to add comments to.
- Right-click on the Call and select
Details or simply double-click on the
Call.
- Select the Tasks Tab.
- Double-click on the Task you wish to add comments to.
- Select Details, Notes, or Resolution depending on which category is appropriate,
- Insert the comments you wish to add to the call in
the normal text area.
- Select Save and Close.
