Reassigning a Task

  1. Through Team and Functional Area selection gain a view of the Case associated with the Task you wish to reassign.
  2. Right-click on the Case and select Details or simply double-click on the Case.
  3. Select the Tasks Tab.
  4. Double click on the Task you wish to reassign.
  5. Select the Assigned To Tab.
  6. Via your Contacts or manual entry, enter a new person to Assign the Task to.
  7. Select the Details Tab.
  8. Select the Send / Re-send task notification checkbox if you wish to advise the new person via email of the Task assignment.
  9. Click OK.
