Assigning a User to a Team

versaSRS allows a User to be assigned to any number of Teams and Functional Areas. For a User to be assigned Cases in a specific Functional Area (and therefore Team) they must be Assigned to that Team:
- Select the Administrator menu.
- Select the Manage System Teams menu item. This will open the System Teams screen.
- Select the Team you wish to Assign/Un-Assign a User to.
- Select the Users button. This will open the Team Users screen.
- Select the User(s) you wish to Assign/Un-Assign using the >> & << buttons.
Note: If you assign a User to a Team but the User is not assigned to any of the Functional Areas of the Team, the User can not be assigned Cases. This allows you to grant a User access to a Team but not take on the responsibility of a Case Owner.
