Assigning a Watcher to a Case
To assign a Watcher to a Case :
- Through Team Navigation Bar and Case Filtering Bar select a view showing the Case you wish to add a Watcher to.
- In the Cases Toolbar click on the Watchers
button.
- Enter the email address of the User (or non-user) you wish to set as a Watcher of this Case.
- Click Add.
- Click Close.
