Security Profiles

Security Profiles are used to grant levels of authorisation by which particular user types can have more administrative privileges and others cannot.

The Administrator can add new Security Profiles or edit existing ones by:

  1. Select the Administrator Menu.
  2. Select the Security Menu Item and click Security Profiles. This will open the Security Profiles screen.
  3. Select the Profile from the Current Profiles drop down menu. If it is a new profile select the New Profile option.
  4. Enter/Change name details.
  5. Enter/Change Description details.
  6. Press the Apply button to save changes.
