Assigning Security Profiles to Users

For users to be able to create new Calls or edit existing Calls they need to be assigned a Security Profile.

NOTE: If a user is not assigned a Security Profile then any Calls a user accesses within the team will be only viewable in Read Only mode.

Security Profiles can be assigned to users at Queue level and this can be done by following the steps below.

  1. Select the Administrator Menu.
  2. Select Queues >> Manage System Queues >> Select Queue >> User Groups.
  3. Select the Owner (User) from the drop down menu.
  4. Select the Security Profile from the drop down menu
  5. Click Apply for the change to take affect.
