Call - Status Locked

In order to protect against the situation where more than one User of the SRS make changes to the same Call at the same time, a Call will be locked once it is opened for updating by a user. If the Call is locked, the symbol will be showing, and any attempt to update that Call will result in a message "This record is currently locked" being displayed.

Administrator can unlock records by selecting Administrator >> System Tools >> Unlock Records.

Q: How do I know who is "locking" the Call?
A: By moving your mouse over the Locked symbol the same of the user with that Call open will be displayed.

Q: Can I still view the Call?
A: Yes, you can create a printer friendly version of the Call
