Print Call Details

To view a printer friendly summary of the details, comments and correspondence history of a Call:

  1. Through Queue and Skill Group gain a view of the Call you wish to view.
  2. In the Call Tools window click on the Printer Friendly button.
  3. Select the Show Comments checkbox if you want to show the Call comments.
  4. Select the Show Correspondence History checkbox if you want to show the Call correspondence history.
  5. Click Refresh to update the printer friendly view.
  6. From the File menu select Print to print the Call summary or simply select the Print button.
