Closing a Call straight away
Often
a User may be able to resolve a Call immediately.
To close a Call at the same time as logging the Call:
- Click on the
button to log a new Call
- Complete the Call details as you would normally
- In the Call Details Window from the Initial Solution menu select Resolved
- Select Send closed confirmation email to requestor(s) on log according to your requirements
