Closing a Call straight away

Often a User may be able to resolve a Call immediately.

To close a Call at the same time as logging the Call:

  1. Click on the button to log a new Call
  2. Complete the Call details as you would normally
  3. In the Call Details Window from the Initial Solution menu select Resolved
  4. Select Send closed confirmation email to requestor(s) on log according to your requirements
