Task Timeline
The Task Timeline shows a visual representation of Tasks against a Case. To view the Task Timeline click on the Timeline button under the Tasks tab within a Case.
The green bar represents the Tasks timeline in relation to all other Tasks assigned to the case. The bar begins at the logged date of the Task and ends at the Task due date.
