Assigning Security Profiles to Users
For users to be able to create new Cases or edit existing Cases they need to be assigned a Security Profile.
NOTE: If a user is not assigned a Security Profile then any Cases a user accesses within the team will be only viewable in Read Only mode.
Security Profiles can be assigned to users at Team level and this can be done by following the steps below.
- Select the Administrator Menu.
- Select Teams >> Manage System Teams >> Select Team >> User Groups.
- Select the Owner (User) from the drop down menu.
- Select the Security Profile from the drop down menu
- Click Apply for the change to take affect.
