Closing a Problem

To Close an existing Problem:

  1. Through Queue Navigation Bar and Problem Filtering Bar select a view showing the Problem you wish to Close.
  2. In the Problems Toolbar click on the Update button.
  3. Select the Close in the Status drop down menu.
  4. Select Update.

Note: Make sure that you have unselected the "Send Closed Confirmation Email" checkbox if you do not wish the primary contact to be advised you have closed the Problem.
