Closing a Call Upon Logging

Often a User may be able to resolve a Call immediately.

To close a Call at the same time as logging the Call:

  1. Click on the
  2. Complete the Call details as you would normally
  3. In the Solution tab on the Call, for the Initial Solution select Resolved
  4. Select Send closed confirmation email to primary requestor on log according to your requirements
