Security Profiles
What is a security profile
Where does it apply (Queue level or SG level)
Why are there two access windows when only one is needed?
For each security profile (that can be assigned to any User), the Administrator is able to allow/disallow the following access privileges.
- View All Jobs in Queue
- View Jobs Assigned To Staff Member Only
- View All Jobs Assigned To Skill Groups Of Staff Member
- Modify Security Profile.
- Log Jobs.
- Assign to Skill Group
- Assign to User
- Re-assign
- Re-Assign To Other Queues
- Can Be Assigned Jobs
- Resolve and Close
- Modify Ticket Watchers
- Modify Queue Watchers
- Re-Open
- Modify Details
- Add Notes
- Modify Status
- Receive Job Reminder
- Modify Priority
- Update Knowledgebase
