Action Types - Email Recipients


Within versaSRS there is the ability to Assign people as Queue Watchers, Skill Group Watcher, or Call Watchers.

The table below summarizes actions or events that can happen to a Call or Task (autromatically through the system or via User or Requestor updates), the emails that will result from these actions, and who will be notified.
