versaERS has no limits on the number of rosters, locations or staff you can record in the system. It is suitable for both frequent pattern based rosters or unstructured rosters.

versaERS makes rostering of your employees easy - Rosters can be generated in seconds using the unique Auto Generate option. Schedules can be printed for reference or exported to Excel or HTML, allowing you to publish the roster wherever you like.

Based on the Microsoft .NET Framework, versaERS provides a flexible and scalable solution for managing Employee Roster data.

What makes versaERS stand out from the crowd is its unique 'look and feel'. Although a browser-based application, versaERS does not look like a traditional Webpage. When your company purchases versaERS - Employee Rostering System, VersaDev provides a .Net DLL and a SQL Server 2000 database structure. Your company is responsible for providing the hosting server(s). Minimum hosting requirements are listed below:

  • Microsoft Windows 2000 / XP / 2003 Server
  • Microsoft Internet Information Server (IIS) 6.0
  • Microsoft .Net Framework 1.1 (free download from Microsoft)
  • SQL Server 2000 or the Microsoft SQL Server Desktop Engine (MSDE) 2000 (MSDE is a free download from Microsoft)
  • ASP.NET

VersaDev does not allow product returns once License Keys have been issued - All sales are final. Once an invoice is raised, or payment has been processed, the license key is generated for your company and hence no cancellation of orders are accepted. The reason for this policy is that you have the opportunity to fully test the product in advance and receive pre-purchase support on the product via email. If you are not sure of the product, download it first and test it out.



 :: VersaDev Software Licensing Guidelines


Software Licensing is based on a defined 'Named Operator' model.

Unlike other products in the market; VersaDev do not charge additional fees for a Server Application License. You only pay for the number of Operator Licenses you need.

Named Operators (Individuals specifically identified through the Application) are granted permission to use the application - typically these people are individuals who need to use the application as part of their day-to-day job activities. Think of this licensing model like Microsoft Outlook - you need a license to use the application.

A valid installation is defined as; one database instance of the Application Database and one installation of the Application on a single server.
