When your company purchases versaERS - Employee Rostering System, VersaDev provides a .Net DLL and a SQL Server 2005 database structure. Your company is responsible for providing the hosting server(s). Minimum hosting requirements are listed below:

VersaDev does not allow product returns once License Keys have been issued - All sales are final. Once an invoice is raised, or payment has been processed, the license key is generated for your company and hence no cancellation of orders are accepted.
