Unable to install mailing services for versaSRS:

An error is produced when trying to run the installsrs.cmd file.

Cause

The versaSRS installer / configuration tool does not currently support 64bit systems.

The installer scrpt is referencing the incorrect path to the relevent files which are requred to install mailing services.

Resolution

To resolve this problem the installsrs.cmd file will need to be modified and the versasrs.reg file run manually.

(1)   Open installsrs.cmd in notepad or a similar text editor and change all reference paths of "C:\Program Files\" to "C:\Program Files (x86)\".

(2)   Save and close the editor and execute the "installsrs.cmd" file.

(3)   When the above step is completed double click on the versasrs.reg file.

(4)   Once these steps have been completed the mailing services should have installed successfully.
