Hi,
We have just implemented versaSRS HelpDesk and it's made a major improvement to our support department from the second we started using it, There is only one little niggle however and that involves our field engineers. Wnen they visit cutomer sites they have to call the office to update and close calls, Are there any plans to enhance the mobile application to allow calls to be updated and closed? This feature would make our implementation 'perfect' for our needs.

I can confirm that VersaDev are reviewing versaMobile and this feature is currently included in our product developement plan for a future release.
