I set routing rules criteria and conditions (Administrator -> System Tools -> Manage Routing Rules) to send incoming emails to Queue and Skill Group I need. Problem is the incoming emails are sent to Default Queue and not to the Queue and Skill Group set by the Routing rules. What I should set if I want to send incoming emails by set routing rules and ignore Queue settings? I applied checkbox Apply Routing Rule, set conditions (i.e. “to email address”). Also in versaSRS-SMC I set „ApplyCustomRoutingRules“ as True.

After applying the ApplyCustomRoutingRules setting in the versaSRS-SMC you need to reload the global settings in versaSRS for the change to take effect. This can be done by going to Administrator >> System Tools >> System Info >> Reload Global Settings.
