Hi,
Is there any way to modify the footer email sent out by VersaSRSMailOut - e.g open ticket confirmations.
I'm talking about the 'This mail was sent by versaSRS (Browser-based Help Desk / Service Request Software System)' etc etc information.
Currently, this is longer than our actual message.
I don't mind putting a plug in for VersaSRS, e.g a hypelink - but the amount of 'advertising/information' is currently outweighing the amount of relevant data to our clients!

Hi Michael, The email footer is VersaDev branding and we offer a solution to remove this branding for purchased customers only. Purchased customers can email a support ticket to support@versadev.com and will receive guidelines for resolving this. Cheers, Philip
