How do I set up VIP contacts so when they come in they are a different color as I have seen in sone of your document screenshots?

Hi,
This is set in the Contact record in versaCRM. Next to the 'Job Title' field under the General tab there is an icon, when clicked diplays the Business Details dialog. For VIP contacts the EmployeeID field is set to 'VIP' which maps to the the 'Ticket Status' field under the Client Details tab in the Case Details screen and sets the ticket as a VIP ticket.
