I have a number of tasks set in various calls but none of them show in the "My Tasks" view. Is this incorrect configuration or am I using the system incorrectly. Thanks.

Hi,

To see the tasks in the 'My Tasks' view, the task needs to be assigned to you, which is specified under the 'Assigned To' tab on the Task Details screen. You will need to make sure that your email address under this tab is the same as the email address for your versaSRS profile as the system will validate this email address against the profile to determine the user.

Another possibility is that if the status of the tasks are set to 'Completed', therefore you will not be able to see the task when looking in the My Tasks view with the status set as current. If this is the case you can simply change the lookup status in the Tasks viewing panel to display completed tasks.

Cheers,
Philip

Hi Philip, my profile email address was different to my tasks email. Working now, I knew I must have missed something simple. Thanks for prompt help. Robin.
