Hi all

I may be being stupid here, I've searched everywere but just can't find an easy way to re-open a ticket that has been closed.

can anyone help?

Hi Eric,

You can re-open a ticket by right clicking on the ticket, select Update and change the Status from Closed to Re-Opened.
