Hello Heather,
You most certainly can print out pretty much anything that is recorded in the system and depends on how you author your reports or what it is you are looking to extract. versaSRS includes a built in Reporting Dashboard with a number of shrink-wrapped reports included, available through the "Tools > Reporting Dashboard" option. Alternatively, if you require more formalized style of reports we recommend the use of Microsoft SQL Server Reporting Services which is native to MS SQL or the use of Crystal Reports or the like.
The following How To Screencast may prove useful also;
How to Use Reporting Dashboard. Or alternatively, please review the Reporting Dashboard section of the online help here;
versaSRS Online Help.
The Billing Module (accessed via the Billing Tab on the Call Update screen - or a Read Only view on the Call Details screen) allows you to record explicit time or transactional based charges against a call. Additionally, you can also use the "Log Time" area on the Call Update screen to capture time spent on that task for which you are recording the fact thereof at the time of loggin the call update. This will then produce a total count under the "Audit Log Cumulative" area of the Billing Tab.
You will notice that versaSRS provides comprehensive audit logs against every call, with every change date & time stamped accordingly. This allows for full reorting capability. As a result, your need for a date and time against the amount of time recorded is catered for in versaSRS and is an out-of-the-box feature.
Cheers,
David
