Would be nice to be able to add screenshots/pics to knowledge base articles.

Hi,

You can actually add screenshots/pics to the knowledgebase articles in the form of attachments.

In regards to imbedding images so that they are displayed on the screen, it shall be evaluated and assessed by our Development Team and will be considered for possible inclusion in a future release.
