I have a few questions about archieving of calls:
- How can we set up status "archieved" for calls? - Is there any possibility to set up automatical archiving of the closed calls? - When a call gets status "archieved", can be again reopened and changed (solution, notes, tasks, etc..). If yes, can we assign this autorisation only to some limited group of users? (not to every user)
