Trying to install versasrs on w2008 x64 system (not supported I know) with SQLExpress. I've set up the mail (had to install Exchange 2007 to get POP3 service!!!), modified the path where necessary to "program files (x86)", modified the application settings to "servername"\sqlexpress & "databasename" for CRMDSN, FCTDSN and VersaAssetsDSN. Modified the SSL settings in IIS 7 not to require secure connection for versaSRS and VersaSRSWebServices. Still getting the following error when trying to access http://localhost/versasrs
System Error
The following error has occured
.Net SqlClient data Provider - A network-related or instance specific error occured while establishing a connection to SQl server. The server was not found or was not accessible. Verify that the instance name is correct and that SQL server is configured to allow remote connections. (provider, error: 40 - Could not open a connection to SQL server)
Any help appreciated :)

Hi Philip
Thanks. Already had 'local remote connections' and 'TCP/IP and named pipes' in place. Might have been database name change, started from scratch and used default versasrs database name, functioning fine now.
Cheers
