I can't seem to include the [PRCOMPANY], [PRLASTNAME], [PRFIRSTNAME] alert notification tags in Group Watcher emails.
It just display' [PRCOMPANY] verbatim, not the actual company name.
Any help would be appreciated.

There is only a limited selection of tags for the Watcher emails and the ones that you have listed won't work. You can test which tags will work in the Watcher emails by copying the list of tags and pasting them into the case watcher template as a test.
